KEMSA Germany - informational event 2017
On Friday, the 13th, the members of KEMSA Germany held an event in order to introduce themselves, KEMSA's goals and their recent projects to new people getting acquainted with the organization.
The presence of three highly interesting guest speakers made the event to a very successful one.
Prof.Dr.Ammann from the FHP (Potsdam) outlined the past and origins of our diaspora in Europe, while the president of the Kurdish-European Society (KES), Kahraman Evsen, underlined the importance of the diaspora in the present and future.
The pediatrician Dr. Shalah Faraj as our medical guest speaker held a detailed and very interesting presentation about "Bacterial meningitis in the childhood".
Lastly, Liza Bagsada raised awareness about the current situation in Bakur and presented KEMSA's upcoming humanitarian aid project.
All in all, we are proud of the outcome of our event. We met new faces, shared information about KEMSA's work and most importantly - built further bridges to improve and facilitate our work for the future.
